HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2004-R0431 - Resolution To Hold Public Hearing For Proposed Amendment - Posey Lakeside - 09_16_2004Resolution No. 2004-RO431 September 16, 2004 Item No. 29 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock does hereby authorize the date and time to hold a public hearing for a proposed amendment to URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AREA NUMBER 28 known as the POSEY LAKESIDE EAST ASSOCIATION NEIGHBORHOOD from the existing Urban Renewal Land Use of Commercial -Multi - Family to Residential (R-1) as set forth in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
