Said Contract is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. Demo all asphalt parking lot. Demo Metal Building. Demo Fencing. Demo Sidewalks as necessary to remove structure. Provide temporary fencing around entire block. Leave Clean and Level Lot. Demo Grease Trap in its entirety. Work to be completed in 8 weeks from notice to proceed.
