RESOLUTION Item No. 36
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Federal Transit
Administration Section 5307 Grant to provide operation capital, and planning
assistance for FY2003. Said Grant is attached hereto and incorporated in this
Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City
Council.

application is now under review.
A project number will be issued when all review comments have been addressed.
Review comments as follows:
The FY 2003 Certifications and assurances are now on the FTA website. Please update
the certifications and assurances screen to reflect FY 2003 data.
- Check Scope 117 to correct rounded up dollar amount.
- ALI 44.21.00 should reflect planning budget item.
- For computer purchase, ALI should be 11.42.07
- The project administration support item under planning should be included in ALI

transmission date of this application, In order to meet that timetable, the Department of
Labor certification is requested no later than two weeks prior to that date. Please establish
