HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2003-R0176 - Grant Agreement With Citibus And Federal Transit Administration - 05_08_2003Resolution No. 2003-RO176 May 8, 2003 RESOLUTION Item No. 34 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Federal Transit Administration Job Access and Reverse Commute Program Grant Agreement (Project #TX-37-X027) by and between the City of Lubbock (Citibus) and the Federal Transit Administration to improve transportation services in Lubbock. A copy of said Grant Agreement and associated documents are attached hereto, which Agreement shall be spread up on the minutes of this Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part hereof as if fully copied herein in detail.
