The terms and conditions of such Economic Development Grant and Contract, other than the normal terms and conditions applicable to all such Economic Development Grant and Contracts by the Corporation, are described generally as follows, to wit: Grant the Downtown Pcrmittable Grant request in the amount of SI 7, 134 to LBK Property Group, LLC at 1312 Avenue Q, located within the Downtown TIF, with the scope of work including a new roof and structural, mechanical and electrical work totaling S 171,339 in expenses, and once the work has been completed and proof of payment has been submitted. And a Downtown Facade Grant in the amount of S I0,959 lo LBK Property Group, LLC at 1312 A venue Q. located within the Downtown TIF, with the scope of work including a new exterior doors and windows and storefront glazing totaling $21,917 in expenses, and once the work has been completed and proof of payment has been submitted. WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of MLI finds that an Economic Development Grant and Contract offering the incentive for providing assistance to renovate and update the facility meet and comply with the qualifications and purposes of the Corporution for the grnnting of such Economic Development Grants and Contructs. Upon Molio~ by Director, ·Mr. Calvin Davis, and Seconded by director, Mr. Barry Orr, il was approved, IT WAS RESOLVED that MLI off er and, if accepted by Recipient, enter into an Economic Grant and Contract with LBK Property Group, LLC, at 1312 Avenue Q. Lubbock, Texas.
