HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2005-R0221 - Letter Of Award As Secondary Contractor - Bruce Thornton Air Conditioning, Inc. - 05_26_2005Resolution No. 2005-RO221 May 26, 2005 Item 21 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Letter of Award as Secondary Contractor for Community Development repair or replacement of energy units — stoves, per ITB#05-050-MA, by and between the City of Lubbock and Bruce Thornton Air Conditioning, Inc. of Lubbock, Texas, and related documents. Said Letter of Award is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. Passed by the City Council this 26th day of May , 2005. BRUCE THORNTON AIR CONDITIONING INC 'S bid dated May 4, 2005 and the City's terms and conditions for ITB #05-050-MA are incorporated into and made a part of this agreement. The City of Lubbock reserves the right to terminate this agreement with a thirty (30) day written notice in the event Bruce Thornton Air Conditioning, Inc. fails to perform in accordance with their bid dated May 4, 2005.
