RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock does hereby approve the proposed
Target Areas and Spending Priorities that will be in place under the Consolidated Plan
2009-2013 as set forth in Exhibit "A". Said proposal is incorporated in this resolution as
if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the Council.
Executed by the City Council this 12th day of February 2009.
