HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2008-R0245 - Add Property And Equipment To Master Lease Program - 07_10_2008Resolution No. 2008-RO245 July 10, 2008 RESQLUTIQN Item No. 6.3 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock, pursuant to that certain Resolution No. 2008-R0114 (the "Original Resolution"), dated April 10, 2008, authorized and approved the equipment and property to be purchased as part of the City of Lubbock's Master Lease Program budgeted for the FY 2007-08 Operating Budget, as described therein; WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2008-RO171 (the "First Amended Resolution"), dated May 8, 2008, additional equipment and property was authorized by the City Council of the City of Lubbock to be purchased as a part of the City of Lubbock's Master Lease Program for the FY 2007-08 Operating Budget; WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the City of Lubbock that, in addition to the property described in the Original Resolution and the First Amended Resolution, additional property and equipment to that described in the Original Resolution and the First Amended Resolution is now in need of being purchased as a part of the City of Lubbock's Master Lease Program for the FY 2007-08 Operating Budget; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the equipment and property described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes and intents, shall be added to the property and equipment to be purchased as part of the Master Lease Program budgeted for the FY 2007-08 Operating Budget, and the Original Resolution shall be amended to reflect such addition. Except as otherwise amended herein, the Original Resolution shall remain valid and effective as originally provided. Passed by the City Council this loth day of July 92008.
