RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Waters Consulting Group. Inc. (WCG) of Dallas, Texas
conducted a comprehensive job classification and pay study for the City of Lubbock in
2005;and
WHEREAS, WCG has made certain recommendations that have been
incorporated into a City of Lubbock Exempt Pay Structure, a City of Lubbock Non -
Exempt Pay Structure, and a City of Lubbock Police and Fire Pay Schedule, copies of
which are attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein as if fully set forth; NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
That the attached City of Lubbock Exempt Pay Schedule, City of Lubbock Non -Exempt
Pay Schedule, and City of Lubbock Police and Fire Pay Schedules are hereby adopted.
