RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ITEOVEMNTS ON PO$TUMS. OF STETS AMIOR AVENUES AS
LISM 'BELOW &
WHERZAS,, in conformance with the paving requirements provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Bicentennial Estates,' Lots 125--342, made
arrangements with Burr Construction CwVany f6r the construction of paving iteprovs-
meats on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision tinder the provisions of
said ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of bicentennial
Estates, Lots 125-342 including the following streetst
South one half of 82ad Street from its intersection with a
line 7.00 feet 'Newt of the West property line of alley West
of Avenue "Y" to its intersection with the centerline of V*rnou
Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Veit Numbsr
73 of unit Number 2021.
84th Street from its intersection with the Bast lip line
of Avenue "r' to its intersection with the West lip line
of Vernon Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision

improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been
constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the
provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
