RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Sandlewood Village Addition, Lots 1-221 and
Tract A, made arrangements with Lubbock Asphalt Products, Inc. for the construction
of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the
provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of
Sandlewood Village Addition, Lots 1-221 and Tract A including the following streets:
South 1/2 of 74th Street from its intersection with the
West Property Line of alley West of Avenue "X" to its
intersection with the East Lip Line of Avenue "W" known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 59 of
Unit Number 2022.
75th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Avenue "W" to its intersection with the West Lip Line
of Avenue "U" known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 60 of Unit Number 2022.
76th Street from its intersection with a line 10.00 feet
East of East Property Line of Lot 5 to its intersection
with a line 10.00 feet West of West Property Line of
Lot 10 known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 61 of Unit Number 2022.
76th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Avenue "V" to its intersection with the West Lip Line
of Avenue "U" known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 62 of Unit Number 2022.
77th Street from its intersection with a line 30.00
feet East of East Property Line of alley West of Avenue
"X" to its intersection with the West Lip Line of Vernon
Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 63 of Unit Number 2022.
77th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Vernon Avenue to its intersection with the West Lip
Line of Avenue "V" known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 64 of Unit Number 2022.
77th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Avenue "V" to its intersection with the West Lip Line
of Avenue "U" known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 65 of Unit Number 2022.
77th Place from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Avenue "V" to its intersection with the West Lip Line
of Avenue "U" known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 66 of Unit Number 2022.

Avenue "X" from its intersection with a line 20.74 feet
North of North Property Line of 76th Street to its inter-
section with the South Lip Line of 74th Street known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 69 of
Unit Number 2022.
Waco Avenue from its intersection with a line 20.74 feet
North of North Property Line of 76th Street to its inter-
section with the South Lip Line of 74th Street known and
designated as.New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 70 of Unit
Number 2022.
Vernon Avenue and Avenue "W" from its intersection with
the North Lip Line of 78th Street to its intersection
with the South Lip Line of 74th Street known and designated
as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 71 of Unit Number 2022.
Avenue "W" from its intersection with the North Lip Line
of 78th Street,to its intersection with the South Lip Line
of 77th Street known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub-Unit•Number 72 of Unit Number 2022.
Avenue "V" from its intersection with the North Lip Line
of 78th Street to its intersection with the South Lip
Line of 75th Street known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 73 of Unit Number 2022.
East 1/2 of Avenue "U" from its intersection with the
centerline of 78th Street to its intersection with a line
10.00 feet North of South Property Line of alley North of
75th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -
Unit Number 74 of Unit Number 2022..
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above -
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with
the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to release
escrow money.
II.
11 This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
