RESOLUTION��
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Lakeridge Country Club Estates, Lots 1-129, made
arrangements with W.D. Turner Construction Company for the construction of paving
improvements on certain streets dedicated in said ''subdivision under the provisions
of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Lakeridge
Country Club Estates including the following streets:
Wayne Avenue and cul-de-sac from its intersection with a
line 16.00' North of the North Property Line of Lot 100
to its intersection with the West Lip Line of Vicksburg
Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 46 of Unit Number 2022..
Vicksburg Avenue from its intersection with the South Raw
Edge of 82nd Street to its intersection with a line 7.00'
South of the South Property Line of the alley South of 89th
Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 47 of Unit Number 2022.
Utica Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip Line
of 84th Street to its intersection with a line 39.65' South
of the North Property Line of Lot 46 known and designated
as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 48 of Unit Number 2022.
Toledo Avenue from its intersection with the North Lip Line
of 88th Street to its intersection with a line 7.00' North
of the North Property Line of alley North of 88th Street
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 49
of Unit Number 2022.
Savannah Avenue from its intersection with a line 7.00'
North of the North Property Line of the alley North of 88th
Street to its intersection with the North. Lip Line of 89th
Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 50 of Unit Number 2022..
84th Street from its intersection with a line 16.00' North
of the North Property Line of Lot 100 to its intersection
with the West Lip Line of Vicksburg Avenue known and
designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number'51 of Unit
Number 2022.
84th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Vicksburg Avenue to its intersection with a line 7.00'
East of the East Property Line of the alley East of Utica
Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 52 of Unit Number 2022.
85th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Utica Avenue to its intersection with a line 7.00' East
of the East Property Line of the alley East of Utica Avenue
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 53
of Unit Number 2022.
86th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Vicksburg Avenue to its intersection with the West Lip
Line of Utica Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 54 of Unit Number 2022.
86th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Utica Avenue to its intersection with a line 7.00' East
of the East Property Line of the alley East of Utica Avenue
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 55

87th Street from its intersection with,the East Lip Line
of Vicksburg Avenue to its intersection with a line 39.65'
South of the North Property Line of Lot 46 known and designated
as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 56 of Unit Number 2022..
88th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Vicksburg Avenue to its intersection with the West Lip
Line of Savannah Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 57 of Unit Number 2022.
89th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Vicksburg Avenue to its intersection with a line 15.00'
East of the East Property Line of Savannah Avenue known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 58 of
Unit Number 2022.
Drainage Channels known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 94 of Unit Number 2022.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above -
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with
the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to release
escrow money.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 27TH DAY OF JULY, 1978.
