WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock has made application to the Texas
Department of Water Resources and the Environmental Protection Agency for a
Federal grant pursuant to ,"the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments
of 1972, Public Law 92-500, and the rules and regulations thereto; NOW
THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the application for which Federal grant assistance has been requested
pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public
Law 92-500, will be constructed to completion in accordance with the laws, rules,
and regulations and with the following project schedule.

the above project schedule must be approved by the Texas Department of Water
Resources and the Environmental Protection Agency, and that once a project
schedule has been approved, no changes will be authorized without first receiving
approval of the change from the Texas Department of Water Resources and the
Environmental Protection agency.
