RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Woodland Park Addition, Lots 1-130, made
arrangements with W.D. Turner Construction Company for the construction of paving
improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions
of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Woodland Park
Addition, Lots 1-130 including the following streets:
W. 1/2 of Utica Avenue from its intersection with a line
15.00 feet North of the North Property Line of 78th Street
to its intersection with the North Lip Line of 82nd Street
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 01
of Unit Number 2022.
Vicksburg Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip
Line of 79th Street to its intersection with the North Lip
Line of 82nd Street known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 02 of Unit Number 2022.
Vinton Avenue from its intersection with a line 15.00 feet
North of the North Property Line of 78th Street to its
intersection with the North Lip Line of 82nd Street known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 03 of
Unit Number 2022.
Wayne Avenue from its intersection with the Northwest corner
of Lot 88 to its intersection with a line 51.16 feet Northwest
of the Northwest Property Line of Lot 64 known and designated
as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 04 of Unit Number 2022.
Winston Avenue from its intersection with a line 30.41 feet
Southwest of the Northeast Property Line of Lot 128 to its
intersection with the North Lip Line of 82nd Street known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 05 of Unit
Number 2022.
78th Street from its intersection with a line 30.41 feet
Southwest of the Northeast Property Line of Lot 128 to its
intersection with the West Lip Line of Vinton Avenue known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 06 of
Unit Number 2022.
78th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Vinton Avenue to its intersection with the West Lip Line
of Utica Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -
Unit Number 07 of Unit Number 2022.

79th Street from its intersection with the Northwest corner of
Lot 88 to its intersection with the West Lip Line of Vinton
Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number
08 of Unit Number 2022.
79th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Vinton
Avenue to its intersection with the West Lip Line of Utica Avenue
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 09
of Unit Number 2022.
80th Street from its intersection with the West end of the
cul-de-sac West of Vinton -Avenue to its intersection with
the West Lip Line of Vinton Avenue known and designated as
New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 10 of Unit Number 2022.
80th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line
of Winston Avenue to its intersection with the West Lip
Line of Wayne Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 11 of Unit Number 2022.
North 1/2 of 82nd Street from its intersection with a line
16.00 feet West of the West Property Line of Winston Avenue
to its intersection with the centerline of Utica Avenue known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 12 of
Unit Number 2022..
Wayne Avenue from its intersection with a line 51.16 feet
Northwest of the Northwest Property Line of Lot 64 to its
intersection with the West Lip Line of Vinton Avenue known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 15 of Unit
Number 2022.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above -
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with
the provision of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to release
escrow money.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 23RD DAY OF MARCH, 1978.
