Turner Construction Company on portions of the following streets: East 7th Street from its intersection with a line 18.00 feet east of the east property line of Beech Avenue (South Side) to its intersection with a line 13.00 feet west of the west property line of David Avenue known and designated as Sub -Unit Number 8 of Unit Number 2046.
