I. M. E. -D. C. , INC., attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. Senter, Jr., City Atto ney v QUIT CLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO1100 ($1.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by T. I. M. E. - D. C. , INC., hereinafter called "GRANTEE", the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RE- LEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said GRANTEE, all its right title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: A portion of the Right -Of -Way at Canton Avenue and 74th Street, said por- tion being out -of Section 12, Block E-2, Lubbock County, Texas, and describ- ed as follows: BEGINNING at the point of curvature of a curve, said point of curvature being in the North line of 74th Street and bearing South 89 ° 57' West a distance of 400 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Timets Square Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE Northwesterly around a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 100 feet, a delta angle of 90% tangent lengths of 100 feet, and a chord distance of 141. 42 feet, to a point `in the East line of Canton Avenue; THENCE South 00 03' East along a line which is a projection of the East line of Canton Avenue, a distance of 85 feet to a point of curvature; THENCE Southeasterly around a curve to the left, said curve having a' radius of 15 feet, a delta angle of 90% tangent lengths of 15 feet, and a chord distance of 21. 21 feet; THENCE North 89' 571 East along a line which is a projection of the North line of 74th Street, a distance of 85 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever, so that neither the Grantor, City of Lubbock,! its successors, or assigns, nor any persons claiming under it shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
