Maintain direction of the Lubbock Citizens' Traffic Commission. 2. Evaluate goals and priorities in the official Traffic Safety Plan annually and update accordingly. ?,. Integrate the activities of the Traffic Safety Office with other governmental and non -governmental agencies to increase its effectiveness._ 6. Submit quarterly claim reports using the forms and proceedures spectf(ed in Attachment 5. OTS form PR-4, is not required and may be deleted. 7.. The City will provide 50% of the required funds for the period beginning May 1, 1976, through April 30, 1977, both dates included, as per Attachment 6, The Office of Traffic Safety, State Department of Public Highways and Transportation f will: 1.
