Timberlake, Trustee for S. E. R. A.. a partnership, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. TIMBER LAKE, Trustee for S. E. R. A. , a partnership, hereinafter called "Grantee, " the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said GRANTEE, all its right title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: A small (stub -out) tract of land for street at the inter- section of 71st Street and Cedar Avenue out of Section 6, Block E, Lubbock County, Texas, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point which bears South 1377. 50 feet and East 1010 feet from the Northwest corner of Section 6, Block E; THENCE along a curve to the left with a radius of 20.00 feet, a delta angle of 90° 001 00", tangents of 20.00 feet and a chord distance of 28.28 feet; THENCE North a distance of 75.00 feet; THENCE along a curve to the .left with a radius of 20.00 feet, a delta angle of 90 ° 001 00", tangents of 20. 00 feet and a chord distance of 28.28 feet; - THENCE South a distance of 115.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever, so that neither the Grantor, City of Lubbock, its successors or assigns, nor any persons claiming under it shall :at any time hereinafter, have, claim or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
