IN CONNECTION WITH PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF.STREETS, HIGHWAYS AVENUES AND/OR ALLEYS IN AND ALONG THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXA . WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Lubbock has heretofore ordered and provided for the improvement of portions of sundry streets, highwa s, avenues and/or alleys in and along the boundaries of the City as designated below: UNIT AND SUB UNIT A-460-12 A-460-14 A-460-15 A-460-16 A-460-18 A-460-19 A-460-20 A-460-21 2230-12 2232-5 2236-1 2236-2 2236-3 AND property and improvements. ALLEYS (10' WIDE) E-W Alley Bet E-W Alley Bet E-W Alley Bet E-W Alley Bet E-W Alley Bet E-W Alley Bet E-W Alley Bet E-W Alley Bet (42' WIDE) 67th Street (52' WIDE) Harvard Street 14th & 15th 66th & 67th 19th & 20th 56th & 57th 46th & 47th 45th & 46th 21st & 22nd 53rd & 54th FROM Raleigh Ave. Memphis Ave. Hartford Ave. Memphis Ave. Hartford Ave. Indiana Ave. Elgin Ave. Memphis Ave. Toledo Ave. Avenue "U" CONCRETE RAILROAD CROSSING Texas Avenue 15th Street 16th Street TO Quaker Ave. 64th Dr. Gary Ave. Kenosha Ave. Gary Ave. Hartford Ave. Canton Ave. Louisville Ave. Salem Ave. Avenue "T" at 27th Street Avenue H Avenue G Avenue H Avenue G it is proposed to make and levy assessments against abutting the owners thereof and others for a portion of the cost of such THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEXAS, THAT: The Engineer of the City be, and he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City estimates showing cost of improvements in each Unit, showing the description of the property abutting upon each unit with the name of the owners of such property and the amounts proposed to be assessed agains each parcel of property showing other matters and things, it being especially provided, however, that any mistake in such estimates or in amounts and in th descriptions of property or names of owners shall in no wise affect, invalida or impair any assessment which may be levied. II. Such estimates, rolls and statements shall show all information re- quired to be shown thereon by the proceedings of the City relating to such improvements and the law and charter with amendments in force in the City, and by the provisions of Article 1105B, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas as amended by Chapter 281, Acts of the 52nd Legislature. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
