WINSTON BROWN and wife, ETHEL L. BROWN, hereinafter called GRANTEES, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT- CLAIM unto the said GRANTEES, all its right title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: A 2.00' Underground Utility Easement in Midway Park Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, being more particularly described as follows: The West 2.00 feet of Lot 288, Midway Park Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, 6Texas, as more particularly shown and dedicated on the plat of said addition of record in Lubbock County, Texas. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singu- lar the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEES, their successors and assigns forever, so that neither the GRANTOR, City of Lubbock, its successors or assigns, nor any persons claiming under it shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim or de- mand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
