HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 100975H - Pavement Improvements - City Engineer - Burlington Industrial Addition - 10_09_1975RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF.A STREET AS LISTED hLUW: WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of Cit rdinance 1331, the subdivider of BURLINGTON INDUSTRIAL ADDITION NO. 2, made ar angements for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedi- ated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the ecording of the subdivision plat of BURLINGTON INDUSTRIAL ADDITION NO. 2 in- luding the following street. orth 1/2 of East 44th Street from 300.00 feet ,East of the East Property Line f Globe Avenue to the East Property Line of Lot 6, Block 10, Burlington Indust ial Addition No. 2 known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit. Number 25 f Unit No. 2018. AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above- ntioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and id improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have en constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with e provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS. I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street b nd the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby autb rized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost (and to release scrow money). II. This resolution shall take.effect and be in force from and after its sage. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 9th .
