BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the MAYOR of the CITY OF LUBBOCK, BE and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the CITY OF
LUBBOCK a QUITCLAIM DEED in favor of WELDON L. WINES, attached
herewith which shall be spread upon the Minutes of the COUNCIL and as
spread upon the Minutes of this COUNCIL shall consititute and be a part
of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.

QUITCLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS §
KNOWALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK §
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($1. 00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in
hand paid by WELDON L. WINES hereinafter called "GRANTEE", the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON,
DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said GRANTEE,
all its right, title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcels of land
lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described
as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the Southeast line of Tract C,
Ranchland Terrace, an Addition to the City of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas, said point being South 53° 521
22" West a distance of 75 feet from the most easterly
corner of Tract C, Ranchland Terrace;
THENCE South 36° 071 38" East a distance of 176.17 feet;
THENCE East a distance of 141. 79 feet to a point in the
Vk-st line of a North -South alley;
THENCE South a distance of 10 feet;
THENCE West a distance of 146.68 feet;
THENCE North 360 071 38" West a distance of 181.25 feet
to a point in the Southeast line of Tract C;
THENCE North 530 52' 22" East a distance of 10 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
The above described tract contains 0. 074 acres, more or
less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with, all and
singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner
belonging unto the said GRANTEE, his heirs and assigns forever, so that
neither the GRANTOR, CITY OF LUBBOCK, its successors or assigns,
nor any persons claiming under it shall at any time hereinafter have,
claim or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appur-
tenances or any part thereof.
