RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND AVENUES AS
ISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
dinance 1331, the subdivider of Burlington Industrial Addition No. 2, made
rangements with Lubbock Asphalt Products, Inc., for the construction of
ving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the
ovisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of

, Block 9, to its intersection with the East line of Lot 3, Block 9, Burlingt
ndustrial Addition No. 2, known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit

ickory Avenue from its intersection with the North Lip Line of East 40th
treet to its intersection with the North Right-of-way of Forth Worth and
enver Railroad North of East 40th Street, known and designated as New Sub-
ivision Sub -Unit Number 7 of Unit Number 2016.
st 47th Street from its intersection with a line 13.50 feet East of East

AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
ntioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
d said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found
have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accor-
nce with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS:
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
nd the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
uthorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to
elease escrow money.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
