RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
rdinanoe 1331, the subdivider of Southwest Commercial Park Addition Tracts
-F, made arrangements with Kerr Construction Company for the construction of
aving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the
rovisibns of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of
outhwest Commercial Park including the following streets:
mestead Avenue from its intersection with the south lip line of Brownfield
ad to its intersection with,a line 61.71 feet south of the south property
ne of the alley south of 49th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
it Number 2017-24.
th Street from its intersection with the east lip line of Homestead Avenue
its intersection with the west lip line of Frankford Avenue, known and desig
ted as New Subdivision Unit Number 2017-25.
Oth Street from its intersection with the west lip line of Frankford Avenue
o its intersection with a line 61.71 feet south of the south property line of
he alley south of 49th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
umber 2017-26.
he West half of Frankford Avenue (concrete only) from its intersection with a
ine 30.0 feet north of the north property line of 49th Street to its inter-
ection with the centerline of 50th Street, known and designated as New Sub-
ivision Unit Number 2017-27.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
ntioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
d said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to
ve been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance
th the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
d the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
thorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
assage.
