RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTIM DM MS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND AVENUES As LISTED BELOW; in conformance with the paring requirement provisions of City 0rdxce 1331:, the subdivider of Bender Terrace, hats 105-116, made arrangameAtz.vith Kerr Paving Company for the constru on of paving improve- ments on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Bender To rra.ce, Lots 105-11+6, including the following streets. North 1/2 of. 26th Street from its intersection with a line 16 feet East of the T�esst Property Line of Quaker Avenue to its intersection with a line 7.5 feet West of the East Property Line of the alley test of Quaker Avenue, knmm, and designated as Unit Number -790-A. North 1/2 of. 26th Street from its intersection with a line 7.5 feet West of the East Property Line of the alley Nest of Quaker Avenue to its intersection with a line 28 feet West cif .the Bast Property Line of Quinton Avenue, known and desigoeted as Unit Number NS-790-B. South 1/2 of 26th Street from its intersection with a line 16 feet East of Wiest Property Line of Quaker Avenue to its intersection with the South Proper- ty Line of the alley South of 26th Street, known and designated as Unit Number NS-7'9I. East 1/2 0 Quinton Avenue from its intersection with a line 20.13 feet North of the North property Lane of 26th Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet North of the North Property Lime: of the alley North of 26th Street, knave ands desig ated as Unit NumberNS-793- AMD REAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above- mentioned streets vas performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed is accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City ordinance 1331. THEREFCOE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY 0P LUBBOCK, TEXAS. I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he: is hereby authorised to direct the payment of the Ci1es portion of the cost. ia. Resurfacing @ 0.90 25.20 CONTRACT COST $ 6,151.80 y CITY OF LUBBOCK o� �s drp�K:� TEXAB November 24., 1959 Honorable Mayor and City comanission Lubbock, Texas Gentlemen: I Have examined the paving improvements constructed by Kerr Paving Company, paving contractor, under their contract with the subdividers of Bender Terrace, hots 105-116, and find the improvements on 26th Street and Quinton Avenue as listed on the final estimate sheet to have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and recommend that you accept the improvements on said streets and avenues, authorizing payment to the contractor the amount shown on the attached consolidated final estimate sheet as due them by the City of Lubbock.
