BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Dedication Deed
to and in favor of the Public, dedicating certain lands as therein described to be
used as a public street for so long as said lands are used for said purposes,
attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as
spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this
Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this t3rh day of NoyemhPr 1974.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK §
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Texas Home Rule Municipality of the
County of Lubbock, State of Texas, being the owner of certain lands hereinafter
described, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing to the Public does
hereby dedicate to the Public for Public use forever and for street purposes,
the following described tracts of land situated in Lubbock County, Texas, as
more particularly described as follows:
TRACT I.
BEGINNING at a point in the 'right of way of Interstate Highway 27
which bears SOUTH 000 241 43" EAST a distance of 2,634.55 feet;
thence NORTH 88° 02t 01" WEST a distance of 4, 909. 93 feet from
the northeast section corner of Section 10, Block A;
THENCE along the east right of way line of Interstate Highway 27
at a.bearing of NORTH 020 51? 45" EAST a distance of 40.18 feet
to a point in the east right of way line of Interstate Highway 27;
THENCE along the east right of way line of Interstate Highway 27
at a bearing of NORTH 020 51' 45" WEST a distance of 114.05 feet
to a point in the east right of way line of Interstate Highway 27;
THENCE a bearing of SOUTH 440 58t 15" EAST a distance of 78.06
