RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF A STREET AS LISTED
BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Zora Addition, Lot 11, made
arrangements with Lubbock Asphalt Products, Inc. for the construction
of paving improvements on certain street dedicated in said subdivision
under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the
subdivision plat of Zora Addition, Lot 11, including the following
street:
East 2 on Qui nton Avenue from i is intersection wi th the North Property
Line of Lot 1, Pendley Addition of its intersection with a 1 i ne 3.0
feet North ,of the South Property Li ne of Lot 2, Pendley Addi tion known
and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 20 of Unit Number 2015.
East z of Quinton Aveaee from its intersection with the North Property
Line of Lot 1, Pendley Addition 4bm its intersection with the South Lip
Line of Brownfield Drive known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -
Unit Number - of Unit Number 1 1 1 1 .
West 2 of Quinton Avenue from its intersection with the South Lip Line
of Brownfield Drive to Xtf intersection with a line 3.0 feet North
of the North Property Line of alley North of 26th Street known and
designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 73 of Unit Number 2017.
East-West alley from its intersection with the West Property Line of
Quinton Avenue to its intersection with a line 252.5 feet West of the
West Property Line of Quinton Avenue known and designated as New Sub-
division Sub -Unit Number 73 A of Unit Number 2017.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above -
mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and
found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications
and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned
street be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be
and he is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the Ci ty's
portion of the cost and to release escrow money.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
