RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock has received Permit No. 2756, Application
No. 3001, from the Texas Water Rights Commission for the construction of the
Canyon Lakes Project; and
WHEREAS, construction cannot be commenced and completed by the dates set
in such permit; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock requests an extension of time of starting and
completing construction of this project; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I.,,U,BBOCK:
THAT the City of Lubbock does hereby request the Texas Water Rights Com-
mission to extend the starting and completion times for Permit No. 2756, with an
extension of August 2, 1976 for the starting date and August 2, 1978
for the completion date.
Passed by the City Council this 13th day of June , 1974.
