RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
rected to eakecute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed in
vor of Ralph Cocanougher, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the
inutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall
institute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND
N0/100 ($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand
paid by RALPH.COCANOUGHER, hereinafter called "Grantee", the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM,
RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said GRANTEE, all its right title
and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated
in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit;

BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 12, Country
Club Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE East a distance of 20.00 feet;
THENCE South a distance of 114. 00 feet;
THENCE South 450 West a distance of 14. 14 feet;
THENCE West a distance of 10. 00 feet to the Southeast corner of
Lot 1, Block 12;
THENCE North along the East line of Lot 1 a distance of 124. 00
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.

BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 12, Block 11, Country
Club Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE South a distance of 124. 00 feet to the Southwest corner
of said Lot 12;
THENCE East a distance of 20, 18 feet;
THENCE South 300 201 54" West a distance of 158. 71 feet to a
point in the East line of Lot 24, Block 12, Country Club Addition;
THENCE North along the East line of Lot 24, Block 12, a distance
of 121. 95 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 24;
THENCE Ea st a distance of 40. 00 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 139. 00 feet;
THENCE East a distance of 20. 00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNIN
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular
the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto
the said GRANTEE, his heirs and assigns forever, so that neither the Grantor,
City of Lubbock, its successors or assigns, nor any persons claiming under it
shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim or demand any right to the title to
the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
