Senter, Jr., City "ttoruey QUIT CLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRES] COUNTY OF LUBBOCK THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, fo.r and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND N01100 ($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS, hereinafter called "GRANTEE", the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DIS- CLAIM, RELEASE AND•FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said GRANTEE, all its. right title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows,. to -wit: BEGINNING at the original Southeast corner of Lot 18, Block 17, Acuff Heights Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE Southeasterly around a 60 foot radius curve to the right, said curve having a delta angle of 710 321 19", a tangent of 43. 22 feet and a chord distance of 70. 14 feet, to its inter- section with the North line of Block 15, Acuff Heights Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, the same being a point 10 feet last of the original Northwest corner of said Block 15; THENCE West a distance of 3.09 feet, along the said North line of Block 15; THENCE Northwesterly around a 60 foot radus curve to the left, said curve having a delta angle of 710 321 19", ;1 tangent of 43. 22 feet and a chord distance of 70. 14 feet; THENCE West a distance of 229. 0 feet; THENCE North a distance of 9. Ofeet; THENCE East a distance of 229. 0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singe the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever, so that neither the Grantor, City of Lubbock, its successors or assigns, nor any persons claimin under it shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances oranypart thereof.
