RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and direct
to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a QUIT CLAIM DEED in favor cf.
Jonisue Stiff attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the
Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a
part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 13th day of December 1973.

CORRECTION QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS (
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK t
For and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND N0/100 ($1.00) DOLLAR to it
in hand paid by JONISUE STIFF, herein called "Grantee", unto the City of Lubbock,
a Texas Home Rule Municipality of Lubbock County, Texas, herein called "Grantor'
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, Grantor, to correct an
error in the metes and bounds description of real estate contained in a Quit Claim
Deed from Grantor in favor of Grantee dated May 10, 1973, recorded in Volume 134
Page 369 of the Deed Records of Lubbock County, Texas, reference to which record
is made for all pertinent purposes, Grantor hereby amends and corrects said descri
tion. to read hereafter as follows:
BEGINNING AT a point which bears West a distance of 297.39 feet from
the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter (1) of Section 10, Block E-2,
Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE West a distance of 816.68 feet;
THENCE N 71' 561 30" W a distance of 83.88 feet;
THENCE East a distance of 731.99 feet, along the future R-O-W line of
66th Street;
THENCE along a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 533.00
feet, a delta angle of 17' 58t 11 ", tangents of 84. 28 feet, and a chord
distance of 16 6. 48 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
EXCEPT as hereby amended, said Quit Claim Deed shall in all other respects
remain the same and in full force and effect.
