THEREFOREO BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK# TEXAS, THATz The Engineer of the City be., and he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City estimates showing cost of improvements in each Unit, shovizZ the description of the property abutting upon each unit with the names of the owners of such property and the amorous proposed to be assessed against each parcel of property showingother matters and things, it being specially pro— vided, however, that amy mistake in such estimates or in amounts and in the descriptions of property or names of owners shall in no vise affect, invali— date or impair any assessment which may be levied. TI. Such estimates, rolls and statements shall show all information required to be shown thereon by the proceedings of the City relating to such Improvements and the law and charter with amendments in force in. the City, and by the provisions of Article 1105B, ;Revised Civil Stati*s of Texas as amended by Chapter 281, Acts of the 52nd Legislature. Hickory Avenue known and designated as Sub-Unit Fo. 27 of Unit No. 1865, and Ivory Avenue known and designated as sub--Unit Ko, 28 of Unit I%To. 1865, as listed on the final estimate and assessment sheet to have been completed in accordance €<rith the plans and specifications and recc> .end that you accept the improvements on said streets and avenues, authorizing paynent to the contractor the amount shoran on the attached consolidated final estimate sheet as true then. by the City of Lubbock and issue assignable certificates against property owners for the respective amounts shown on the attached final assessment sheets as being due against them and their respective properties.
