RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the city of Lubbock a Quitclaim Deed in favor of
Lance Inderman, attached hereto and which shall be spread upon the minutes of the
Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of
this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 12th day of February , 1998.

THE STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock,
State of Texas, hereinafter called "GRANTOR," for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to GRANTOR in
hand paid by LANCE INDERMAN, hereinafter called "GRANTEE," the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE and
FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said GRANTEE, all of GRANTOR'S rights, title and interest
in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock,
State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 346, Depauw-McLarty Addition to the City
of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE North along the West lot line of Lot 346 a distance of 113.5 feet to the
Northwest comer of said Lot 346;
THENCE East along the North lot line of said Lot 346 a distance of 67.6 feet to a point;
THENCE South 19° 14'26" West a distance of 120.2 feet along the West Right -of -Way
line of North Quaker Avenue to a point, point being the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West along the South lot line of Lot 346 a distance of 28.0 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights,
privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEE, his heirs
and assigns forever, so that neither the GRANTOR, its successors or assigns, nor any persons
claiming under GRANTOR shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right to the
title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
