Texas 1. On the Drawings, sheet M-1 of 5 delete the parking islands shown on the Plot Plan to conform to the Plot Plan shown on sheet A-1 of 13. 2. On the Drawings, sheet A-1 of 13 the sidewalk at the extreme north- west corner of the plot shall have a radius on the inside edge so that the sidewalk corner shall be not narrower than the sidewalks. 3. On the Drawings, sheet A-1 of 13 detail 1/A.*I, the struts and angles shown shall be furnished by the hollow metal door manufacturer. 4. On the Drawings, sheet A-5 of 13 detail l/A-5 and on sheet A-9 of 13 "Detail for Stucco Head", the angle required over the window shall be 31" x 5" x 5/16" angle continuous between columns, weld to columns. 5. On the Drawings. the bulletin board in the south corridor shall be 8' �- 0" long x 4_ - 0" high. 6. In Addendum No. 1 delete item No. 8 in, its entirety and substitute: "8. On the Drawings, detail 7/A-12 shall be similar to detail. 14/A-11 except 7/A-12 shall be pine painted." 7. On the Drawings, sheet S2 of 2 lintels for windows and doors shown on west elevation shall be as follows: a. Over single window F provide lintel L-1. b. Over windows F and D in combination provide lintel L-2 in lieu of lintel L-1 as shown. c. Over door No. 4 provide lintel L-4. 8. In the Specifications, Section XIV, page 3, under "Felice" add: "Fence shall be 6' - 0" high of Red Cedar half-round staves painted at cooling tower and unpainted at play area." 9. On the Drawings, sheet A-4 of 13 on the west elevation delete note "Split Ceder Fence- painted" and substitute therefor: "Split Cedar Fence." 10. On the Drawings, sheet A-13 of 13 detail 2/A-13 substitute Grant No. P72-138 double track for by-passing doors 1 3/8" thick. Set shall be complete with track, carriers, apron and floor guides, as manufactured by Grant Pulle and Hardware Corporation. Wood apron shown shall be increased to 21" depth and attached to meta. fascia." Addendum #2 - 1 Lubbock City-County Health Center 11. On the Drawings, all plastic tops shall be coved at the splash and be integral with the splash in lieu of any other method detailed on the Drawings. All splashes throughout shall be changed to 4" high in lieu of other heights shown. The foregoing shall be incorporated in and shall become a part of the ori- ginal drawings and specifications for the above identified project.
