Jarnagin Paving Contractor - Buster Long Add - 08_09_19730'zY16'97b RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW: WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Buster Long Addition Lots 11-30, 100,109, 110, 111, 114 and 115, made arrangements with Walter V. Jarnagin, Dirt and Paving Contractor for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Buster Long Addition, Lots 11-30, 100, 109, 110, 111, 114 and 115 including the following streets: Albany Avenue from its intersection with the South lip line of 51st Street t its intersection with the North lip line of 54th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 2014-39. Aberdeen Avenue from its intersection with the South lip line of 51st Street to its intersection with the North lip line of 54th Street known and designa ted as New Subdivision Unit Number 2014-40. 54th Street from its intersection with a line 16.00 feet West of the West property line of Albany Avenue to its intersection with the West lip line of Slide Road.known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 2014-41. South half of 51st Street from its intersection with a line 16.00 feet West of the West property line of Albany Avenue to its intersection with the West lip line of Slide Road known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 2014-42. Aberdeen Avenue from its intersection with the South lip line of 54th Street to its intersection with aline 16.00 feet South of the South property line of 56th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 2014-61. 56th Street from its intersection with the East lip line of Aberdeen Avenue to its intersection with the West lip line of Slide Road.known and designat as New Subdivision Unit Number 2014-62. West property owner's part of Slide Road from its intersection with a line 16.00 feet North of the North property line of 54th Street to its intersecti with a line 16.00 feet South of the South property line of 56th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 2014-78. West property owner's part of Slide Road from its intersection with a line 16.00 feet South of the South property line of 56th Street to its intersec- tion with a line 112.54 feet South of the South property line of 56th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 2015-60. West property owner's part of Slide Road from its intersection with a line 16.00 feet North of the North property line of 54th Street to its intersec- tion with a line 177.0 feet North of the North property line of 54th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 2016-88. West property owner's part of Slide Road from its intersection with a line 17.00 feet North of the North property line of 57th Street to its intersec- tion with a line 112.54 feet South of the South property line of 56th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 2016-91. AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above - mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in acco dance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS. I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is here authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to release escrow money. II. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 9th DAY OF AUGUST, 1973.
