WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock is the_owner: of a certain tract of land more
specifically hereafter described vhich it desires to dedicate to'the public as
an alley, located in Manhattan"Ild ghts, an add tion. to .the City of Lubbock
Lubbock County, Texas; T H E R E F 0 R E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMSSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:'
That the Mayor BE and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Dedication instrument covering the property hereinafter described by metes and
bounds for the purpose of an ALLEY and public use, and said landbeing further
described as followss
BEGINNING at the Northeast Corner of Lot 51 of Xaahattan
Heights Addition to the City of Lubbock; f
THENCE North 67' 3.81 26.9" East a distance of 20 feet;

THENCE South 220 4:0 33.3" Kest a distance of 55 feet; ,I

to the Southeast Corner of said Lot 51; it
