RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREET AND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Raintree Addition Lots 1-179 and Tract
A and B made arrangments with W.D. Turner Construction_ Company for the con
struction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said sub-
division under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of„the
subdivision plat of Raintree Addition including the following streets:
East one-half Memphis Avenue from its intersection with the center line of
82nd Street to its intersection with a line 11.00 feet North of South Property
Line of Memphis Drive known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number
NS 2014-22.
South one-half 82nd Street (concrete only) from its intersection with the East
Lip Line of Memphis Avenue to its intersection with the East Property Line of
alley East of Joliet Avenue known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
Number NS 2014-23.
Knoxville Drive from its intersection with a line 10.00 feet South of center
line of 82nd Street to its intersection with the North Lip Line of Memphis
Drive known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number NS.2014-24.
Lynnhaven Avenue from its intersection with the North Lip Line of 85th Street
to its intersection with the cul-de-sac North of 85th Street known and desi;gna
as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-25.
Louisville Avenue from its intersection with the North Lip Line of 85th Street
to its intersection with the cul-de-sac North of 85th Street known and desig-
nated as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-26.
Kenosha Avenue from its intersection with a line 10.00 feet South of center
line of 82nd Street to its intersection with the West Lip Line of Knoxville
Drive known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-27.
85th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Memphis Avenue to
its intersection with the West Lip Line of Knoxville Drive known anddesignate
as New Subdivision Unit Number &S2014=28.'
86th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Memphis Avenue to
its intersection with the West Lip. -.Line of Knoxville Drive known and designat
as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-29.
Memphis Drive from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Memphis Avenue t
its intersection with the South end of Radius gf East side of Knoxville Drive
known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-30.
Jordan Avenue from its intersection with the North Lip Line of 83rd Drive to
its intersection with the cul-de-sac North of 83rd Drive known and designated
as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-31.
Joliet Avenue from its intersection with the North LAp Line of 83rd Drive to
its intersection with the cul-de-sac North of 83rd Drive known and designated
as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-32.
83rd Drive from its intersection 'with the East Lip Line of Knoxville Drive to
its intersection with the East property line of Lot 96, Raintree Addition,
Lots 1-179 known and designated as;New;Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-33.
84th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Knoxville Drive
to its intersection with the cul-de-sac East of Knoxville Drive known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-34..
Jordan Drive from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Knoxville Drive
'to its, intersection with the East property line of Lot 127, Raintree Addition,
Lots 1-179 known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-35.
86th Street from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Knoxville Drive to
its intersection with the cul-de-sac East of Knoxville Drive known and designa
as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-36.
Kenosha Drive from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Knoxville Drive
to its intersection with the East property line of Lot 169 known and designate
as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-37.
Louisville Drive from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Knoxville
Drive to its intersection with the East property line of Lot 176 known and.
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number NS 2014-38.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer,
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found
to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accor-
dance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hbreby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
