LAFITTE and wife, GLADYS M. LAFITTE, attached here- with which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. Senter, Jr., Ci ttorney QUIT CLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK I THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/100 ($1.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by BOBBY J. LAFITTE and wife, GLADYS M. LAFITTE, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASI and FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said BOBBY J. LAFITTE and wife, GLADYS M. LAFITTE all its right title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being sutuated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit: BEGINNING at a point, said point being the Northwest corner of Lot 63, Quail Ridge Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, which lies 1,321.8 feet East and 825.0 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southeast one-fourth (;) of Survey 9, Block E-2; THENCE South along the West line of said Lot 63, Quail Ridge Addition a distance of 124.00 feet to a point, said point being the Southwest corner of said Lot 63, Quail Ridge Addition; THENCE on a bearing of South 79018154" West a distance of 16.18 feet to a point; THENCE North a distance of 127.00 feet to a point; THENCE East a distance of 15.9 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said BOBBY J. LAFITTE and wife, GLADYS M. LAFITTE, their heirs and assigns, nor any persons claiming under them shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim, or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
