RESOEUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Special Warranty
Deed in favor of Jphi? : V. Smith, attached herewith which shall be spread upon
the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall
constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 26th day of April , 1973.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and to consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED
SIXTY and 40/100 ($260.40) DOLLARS, and other gocd and valuable consideration,
to it to hand paid by I.J0TN V. SMITH, of Lubbock County, Texas, receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and for the payment
of which no right or lien, expressed or implied, is retained:
Has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents dues GRANT,

Texas;
THENCE South a distance of 22.2 feet to a point of
curvature;
THENCE around a curve to the right havbog a radius
of 15.00 feet, tangent lengths of I5.00 feet, delta
angle of 006 and a curve distance of 23.56 feet to a
point of tangency,
THENCE West a distance of Ill. 50 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 37.2 feet, the Southwest
corner of Lot 2, Block 20, Suburban Borneo Addition;
THENCE East a distance of 126.50 feet to the Southeast
corner of said Lot 2, and the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
