Senter, Jr., Cit Wttorney I� I i I i 1 k� 4� QUIT CLAIM DEED THE STATE OF TEXAS ¢ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK S THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a home Rule Municipality in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and to consideration of the sum of ONE AN D NO /100 ($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to It in hand paid by TOC, INC., the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said TOC, INC., ell its right title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of -Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -unit: Field notes for a 75 toot street closure being a portion of Date Street East of Lot 1, Hill Addition, out of Section 3, Block O, East Line and Red River Railroad Company Survey, Lstbbock.County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a 3/4" Iron pipe set 1823. 6 feet North and 890 feet East of the Southwest corner of Sectiou 2, Block O. said pip marks the Southeast corner of the intersection of Date Avenue and East 14th Street and the Southwest corner of Dickinson Subdivision bears North 75 feet. THENCE South 229.94 feet to a 3/8" iron pipe: THENCE North 470 16' West 96.64 feet to a S/8" iron rod; THENCE South 640 35' West 4.76 feet to a 9/8" Iron rod; THENCE North 166.99 feet to a 3/8" iron rod: THENCE East 75.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. Co talp "0138 acres of land more or less. TO "VE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said TOC, INC., its successors and assigns, nor any persons claiming under it shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim, or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or sap part thereof.
