Al. - 03_08_1973MR:pr —� --- 03�8'�3 D� RESOLUTION f� F. n3 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock five (5) Quit Claim Deeds in favor of Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Lubbock; W. G. Parker. Frank S. Tello and wife, Clara Tello; Jose Flores and wife, Elida Flores; and Cletus Ray Rich, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of ti Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
