n3 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock five (5) Quit Claim
Deeds in favor of Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Lubbock; W. G. Parker.
Frank S. Tello and wife, Clara Tello; Jose Flores and wife, Elida Flores; and
Cletus Ray Rich, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of ti
Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a
part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 8th day of March 1973.

NOJ100 ($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in
hand paid by W. G. PARKERSON. the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO BOLD the same premises together with all and
singular the rights and privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner
belonging unto the said W. G. PARKE,RSON, his heirs and assigns, nor any
persons claiming under hiss shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim or
demand any right to the title to the aforeshid premises or appurtenances or
any part thereof.
