RESOLUTION 14,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Special Warranty
Deed in favor of Jerry Cypert, attached herewith v�,hich shall be spread upon the
minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall con-
stitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS (
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK i
THAT THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of THREE TFMOCiS-
AND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT AND 32/100 ($3, 728. 32) DOLLARS, and
other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by JERRY CYPERT, of
Lubbock County, Texas, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged
and confessed, and for the payment of which no right or lien, expressed or implied,
is retained:
Has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents does
GRANT. SELL and CONVEY unto the said JERRY CYPERT, of Lubbock County,
Texas, all that certain tract and parcel bf land lying and being situated in Lub-
bock County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
A portion of land out of Lots 19 and 20, Block 1,
Squyres Place Addition to the City of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas, and more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 0.5 feet East of
the Northwest corner of Lot 20. Block 1, Squyres
Place Addition;
THENCE South:v distance of US. 3 feet to a point
of curvature;
THENCE around a curve to the right having a raE
dius of 15.00 feet, tangent lengths of 15.00 feet,
delta angle of 900 for a curve distance of 23.56 feet
to a point of tangency in the South line of Lot 19;
THENCk West a distance of 46.-00. feel; ,r
THENCE''North a distance of 133.3 feet;
THENCE East a distance of 51. 00 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with
all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging to
the said JERRY CYPERT, his successors and assigns, forever, and the CITY OF
LUBBOCK does hereby bind itself, its successors and assigns to WARRANT AND
FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the said premises unto the said JERRY
CYPERT, his successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof, by, through or under it.
