RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed in
favor of KATHRYN BACON, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the
minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall consl
and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 8th day of February 1973.

KNOB,` ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Municipality in the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND
NO1100 ($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand
paid by KATHRYN BACON, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. does
hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER
QUIT CLAIM unto the said KATHRYN BACON. all their right title and interest
in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at a point which is 1302.0 feet East and 391. 24
feet South of the Northwest corner of Section 9, Block E-E,
Lubbock County. Texas;
THENCE Viest 15. 00 feet:
THEIICE North 1. 16' 04" Feet a distance of 66. 01 feet;
THENCE East 15.00 feet;
THE110E South 1. 16' 04" East a distance of 56. 01 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular
the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto to any manner belonging unto
the said KATHRYN BACON, her heirs and assigns, nor aay persons claiming
under her shall at any time hereinafter, have, daim, or demand any right to the
title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
