RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUB13OCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Special Warranty
Deed in favor of Leroy Richardson, attached herewith which shall be spread upon
the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall
constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 11th day of JANUARY 1971.

THAT THE CITY OF LUBBOCK. a Home Rate Municipality to the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and.in consideration of the sum of FIVE
THOUSAND FIFTY AND NO1100 ($5, 050.00) DOLLARS, and other good and
valuable consideration, to it to hand paid by LEROY RICHARDSON, of Lub-
bock County, Texas, reaelpt and sufficiency of which to hereby acknowledged
