1 RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Corrected Quit Clai
Deed in favor of R. H. FULTON, EVELYN FULTON and JOE KIRK FULTON,
attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spr
upon the minutes of this Council shall constituteand be a part of this Resolution as
if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 26th day of October 1972.

Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the snap of ONE AND NOn00
($1.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to it in band paid by
R. H. FULTON, EVELYN FULTON and JOE KIRK FULTON, the receipt of which
to hereby acknowledged and confessed, do hereby ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASI
AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said R. H. FULTON. EVELYN FULTON and
JOE KIRK FULTON, at 1 its right, title and Interest in and to that certain tract or
parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas,

THENCE Sbuth along the West line of Lot 16A a distance
of 360.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 16A;
THENCE West a distance of 5.00 feet;
THENCE Worth a distance of 360. 00 feet to the
place of BEGINNING.
PARCELN BEGINNING at a point 460.00 feet South and 40.00 feet
East of the Northwest corner of Section 17, Block B,
Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE East a distance of 5.00 feet to a point which
is the Northwest corner of Lot 17A, Bobalet Heights
Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE South along; the West line of Lot I7A a distance of
350.00 feet;
THENCE Vest a distance of 5.00 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 360.00 feet to the place .

This Quit Claim Deed corrects erroneous property description on Original.
Quit Claim Deed filed in Volume 671, Page 149, Deed of Records, Lubbock County,
Texas.
TO HAVE AN D TO HOLD the said premises together with all and singular
the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the
said R. H. FULTON, EVELYN FULTON and JOE KIRK FULTON, their successors
and assigns ;,or any person or persons claiming under it shall, at any time hereafter
have claim, or demand any right to title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances.
