RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed
in favor of Don Mitchusson and wife, Beverly Jean Mitchusson, attached herewith
which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the
minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully
copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this loth day of August , 1972.

COUNTY OF LUBBOCK 5
THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a dome Rule Municipality in the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND
N01100($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration to It in hand
paid by DM MITCHUSSON, and wife, BEVERLY JEAN MITCHUSSON, of
the City of Lubbock, Lubbock. County, Texas, the receipt of which to hereby
acknowledged. does hereby by these presents ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE
and FOREVER QUIT CLAW unto the said DON MITCHUSSON and wife, BEVERLY
JEAN MITCHUSSON, all their right title and interest in and to that certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Lubbock., State
of Texas, described as follows, to -wit -
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 28,
Quail Ridge Addition to the City of Lubbock,
Lubbock County, Texas.,
THENCE South along the Vest line of said Lot 28,
Quatl Ridge Addition a distance of 125. 00 feet to
a point, said point being the Southwest corner of
said Lot 28, Quail Ridge Addition;
THENCE vest a distance of 15.9 feet to a point;
THENCE North a distance of 125. 0 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 15.8 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO;HOLD the same premises together with all and singular
the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto
the said DON MITCHUSSON and wife. BEVERLY JEAN MITCHUSSON. of
Lubbock County, Texas, their heirs and assigns, nor any persons claiming
under it shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim or demand any right to the
title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
