RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
kS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Guadalupe Addition, a replatted subdivision,
made arrangements with W. D. Turner Construction Company for the construction
of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under
the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat
of Guadalupe Addition including the following streets:
Avenue "0" from its intersection with a line 220.0 feet North of the North
Property Line of 2nd Street to its intersection with a line 40.0 feet North of
the North Property Line of 2nd Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
Number 1919-2.
2nd Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Avenue "N"
to its intersection with the West Property Line of Avenue "0" known and desig-
nated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1919-3.
venue "N" from its intersection with a line 14.0 feet South of the North

2nd Street from its intersection with a line 162.00 feet West of the East Property
Line of the alley between Avenue "H" and Texas Avenue to its intersection with
the East Property Line of the alley between Avenue "H" and Texas Avenue known aid
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1919-9.
Auburn Street from its intersection with the East Zip Line of North Avenue "L"
to its intersection with the West Lip Line of North Avenue "K" known and desig-
nated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1919-10.
Bates Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of North Avenue

Guadalupe Addition known and designate&as New Subdivision Unit Number 1919-11.
Avenue "J" from its intersection with thh South Lip Line of 2nd Street to its
intersection with the North Lip Line of 3rd Street known and designated as
New Subdivision Unit Number 1919-12.
Avenue "L" from its intersection with the North Paving Line of 3rd Street to it;
intersection with A"line 13.0 feet South of the North Property Line of Lot 11,
Block 7, Guadalupe Addition known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number
1919-13.
1st Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Avenue "M" to
its intersection with a line 71.00 feet East of the East Property Line of
Avenue "0 known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1919-14.
The North -South alley between Avenue "H" and Avenue "J" from its intersection
with the South Property Line of lst Place to its intersection with the North
Property Line of 2nd Place known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number
1919-15.
The East-West alley between 2nd Place and 2nd Street from its intersection with
la line 30.00 feet West of the East Property Line of the alley West of Avenue
"H" to its intersection with a line 205.00 feet West of the East Property Line
of Avenue "H" known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1919-16.
North Avenue "0" from its intersection with the East Lip Line of Avenue "P"
to its intersection with the North Property Line of Baylor Street known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1919-17.
Curb and gutter repairs on driveways throughout the limits of the entire
Guadalupe Addition known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1919-18.
Items 16, 17, 18 and 19 of NDP TEX. A-14(c), Guadalupe Street Paving Improve-
ments, including one 24" culvert, one manhole, 3.5 extra vertical feet of
special manhole, and 4 drop inlets known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
Number 1919-19.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the abovemen-
tioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and sa
improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been
constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the
provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
and the same are hereby accepted.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
