RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized
and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim
Deed in favor of Hulen J. Penney and wife, Bernice H. Penney and H. M.
(Buzz) Bourgeois and wife Barbara J. Bourgeois of Lubbock County, Texas,
attached herith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and
as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of
this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 25 day of May 1972.

THAT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Hale Municipality to the County
of Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND
NO/100 ($1. 00) DOLLARS and other good 4=4 valuable consideration to it in hand
paid by HULEN J. PENNEY and wife, BERNICE H. PENNEY and H. M. (BUZZ)
BOURGEOIS and wife, BARBARA J. EOURGEOIS, of Lubbock County, Texas,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby by these presents
ABANDON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said
HULEN J. ,PENNEY and wife, BERNICE H. PENNEY and H. M. (BUZZ)
BOURGEOIS and wife, BARBARA. J. BOURGEOIS, of Lubbock County, Texas,
all their right title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being situated in, the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described
as follows. to -wit:
A tract or parcel of land out of Section 22, Block
A, Lubbock County, Texas, an# being more fully
described by metes and bounds as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING at a point which is 10.00 feet South of
the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Holiday Park Addi-
tion to the City of Lubbock, Texas;
THENCE East 60.28 feet to a point;'
THENCE North 940 17' 13" east a distance of 133.14
feet to a point;
THENCE East 486.20 feet to a point:

feet to a point, said point being 362.41 feet North of
the northeast corner of said Lot 2. Holiday Park
Addition;
THENCE North 25.18 feet to a point;
THENCE South 370 25' 37" west a distance of 621.29
feet to a point:
THENCE West 490.00 feet to a point:
THENCE South 34. 17' 13" West a distance of 133.14
feet to a point;
THENCE West 49.72 feet to a point;'
THENCE South 20.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and sing-
ular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging
unto the said AULEN J. PENNEY and wife, BERNICE H. PENNEY and H. M.
