ADVIT,TISEI-Tr1T FOB BIDS.
1111111.EAS, the City Commission on April 12, 1951 passed a resolution
providing for the improvement of a certain portion of College Avenue in
the City of Lubbock to be accoraplis')ed under General Work Order Niaraber 615
and directing the preparation of plans and specifications for such improve—
ments, and,
WHERE.AS, under the supervision of the City Engineer plans and
`—U specifications have been prepared and filed with the City for such im—
provements, and the same have been examined, Na4 TIILTLE ORE,
' BE IT RESOLVE BY TLE CITY 001,21ISSION OF TFE CITY OF LUBBOCK.
THAT, the plans and specifications submitted by the City Engineer
covering improvements of certain portion of College Avenue, BE, and the
sane are hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids in accor—
dance with the "Notice to Bidders" made a part of said specifications
and covering the quantities of materials needed for said paving program
as therein set out;
