RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock be and is hereby authorized
and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim
Deed in favor of Wilson & Wilson Construction Company, attached herewith
which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the
minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if
fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 23rd day of M rch 1972.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK §
Td3AT the CITY OF LUBBOCK, a Home Rule Mu*ipaltty in the County of
Lubbock, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO J 100
($1.00) DOLLARS, and other good and valuable consideration to it in band paid by
WILSON & WILSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, of Lubbock County, Texas, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby by these presents ABAN-
DON, DISCLAIM, RELEASE and FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said WILSON &
WILSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, of Lubbock County, Texas, all its right,
title and interest in and to that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being sit-
uated in the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, described as follows, to -wit:
A 16 ft. by 16, ft. undeiWcund utility, transformer pad
and pedestal easement out of Lot 302-L, Midway Park
Addition, more particularly described as follows:
BEGMT at the NE corner of Lot S02-L for point of be-
ginning;
THENCE S 0. 06' 15" W along the E line of Lot S02-L
a distance of 15 ft.;
THENCE N 89• 51' 16" W a distance of 16 ft.,
THENCE N 00 06' 15" E a distance of 15 ft. to a point
in the N line of Lot 302-L,
THENCE S 891D 51' 15" E along the N line of said lot a
distance of 16 ft. to POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises together with all and singular
the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the
said WILSON & WILSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, its successors and assigns,
nor any persons claiming under it shall, at any time hereafter, have, claim, or
demand any tight to title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part
thereof.
